Grant directed and produced Bail in America: The Color of Pretrial Justice, a documentary short addressing the troubling trend around bail in the American criminal justice system: every night, some 500,000 Americans spend a night in jail because they cannot afford bail.

Grant directed and produced Schools for a New Society, a 30 minute verite-style documentary illuminating the impact of high school reform on teenagers in three school districts: Boston, Sacramento and Chattanooga.
